Questnet has launched a new service -
New Suit Alert Service (NSA)

How NSA works:

The NSA service is a monitoring tool which helps companies keep track of new litigation filed against their customers for the next 90 days whenever they perform the following searches:

i. Enhanced Individual Search (EIS) / Total Individual Check (TIC)
ii. Enhanced Instant Search (EINS) / Total Corporate Search (TCS)
iii. Partial Litigation Search (PLIT)
iv. Enhanced Quick Skip (EQS)

When a QuestNet user puts through these searches, the system will automatically capture the subject company/individual name and monitor it for the next 90 days. Any new litigation file against these subject names, an email alert will be sent to the Questnet user*.

Who will benefit :

1. Companies that take more than 1 day for their credit approval process. This service will allow companies to monitor their customers while they are processing the credit facilities application.
2. Companies that have not subscribe for Credit Monitoring Service (CMS).
