The Holistic Business Concierge Service Programme

The Business Concierge Service (BCS) offers assistance specially for start-ups and SME business needs. The Concierge Service takes the guess work out of finding suitable suppliers and ensures SMEs get the right services at a competitive price. SMEs operate with a lean structure and typically do not have a PA or Secretary to take care of the business procurement needs. It greatly benefits SMEs to tap on DP Bureau’s existing network and expertise for their business needs. Examples of products and services offered through the DP Bureau Concierge Service include Accounting and taxation services, Credit management and debt recovery and Direct marketing services etc.

DP Bureau is always enhancing their Business Concierge Service (BCS) to give their Business Partners, such as SingTel, JobSeekAsia & ServCorp amongst others, even more value and the opportunity to reach their target customers.

As part of the new Business Concierge Service Initiative, the following added services will be offered;

A.Business Partners will be able to design, print and distribute their Business Discount Card with the assistance of DP Bureau’s Front Counter. The front counter executives will also assist in pre-qualifying, soft-sell & distributing “business discount card” only to selected end-users.
B.Leveraging on technology, there is an online Support Feature in DP Bureau Website that allows BCS Partners to publish their company contact information and promotion offers that enable customers to contact them directly through the website. To allow our Business Partners to reach a wider SME audience, DP Bureau offers an Online Business Matching Service. Prospects can post enquiries, request for appointments or quotations via the website and the enquiries will be emailed to the partner’s sales-representative of which the answers will be provided directly to the prospect.
C.DP Bureau offers a Mobile Support Feature for our partners to interact with their prospects. The prospects will SMS the partners’ key code and in return the partners will then contact the prospects based on an alert by DP Bureau. This feature enables bureau customers to obtain information about the company and request for quotation via SMS. Requests will be triggered by bureau customers themselves allowing them to reach our partners when they are ready to engage their services.
D.Exclusive promotional offers are pre-negotiated with Business Concierge partners to offer bureau customers an entitlement upon purchase. This entitlement will only be made available to Bureau customers and this exclusivity can be redeemed through SMS promotional code.
