DP Bureau Pte Ltd (DPBureau) is a wholly owned subsidiary of DP Information Network Pte Ltd (DPInfo). It was launched in 2002 primarily as an ACRA appointed Service Bureau assisting the business public with BizFile, in the lodgment of legislated company documents and the purchase of company and related information. It is Singapore's only one-stop business registration, filing, advisory and information bureau.

From our offices in International Plaza and HDB Hub, DP Bureau is ideally placed to provide a total integrated portfolio of services aimed at assisting the business public, lawyers, accountants and individuals.

1. ACRA-appointed Service Bureau for BizFile

DP Bureau assists businesses and companies with a host of services, which includes the application and filing of company documents, such as incorporation, filing of annual returns, lodgment of charges, updating of company information - an entire spectrum of Bizfile transactions. The bureau caters to all listed and non-listed companies and for all businesses, including sole proprietorships and partnerships.

We help companies and businesses incorporate and register their firms with expediency and knowledge. Fronted by business executives well verse in company incorporation, licensing and other regulatory requirements.

2. MOF appointed DP Bureau for Government Supplier Registration Services (GSRS)

DP Bureau is appointed by the Ministry of Finance, as the Best Sourcing Partner to the Government Supplier Registration Services.

We cater to business entities wanting to register as Government suppliers after registering online via GeBIZ Electronic Supplier Registration module (ESR). The supplier chooses the desired supply head and enters the financial data in the ESR that will generate the appropriate financial grade. DP Bureau verifies and approves all applications to qualify as an EPPU supplier.

3. Application of Online Licences, Permits and Trademarks

The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) has developed an online licensing application portal for the business community with the objective of providing the service in an accessible, convenient, responsive and cost effective manner.

4. SME Regulatory / Application / Advisory Services

DP Bureau assists SMEs in regulatory requirements and basic advisory services. Advice is available for those requiring company formation and management, filing of Employer Return, secretarial and incorporation advice, professional services, financial advisory work, credit assessment for financing, accountancy services, audit work, taxation planning, corporate start-up kit, legal services, workshops and opening of current account.
