What are your comments on the Business Concierge Service? Has it been beneficial?

 

I think, for first time entrepreneurs and beginners, it is a very useful resource, especially for foreigners who start a business here in Singapore and who may not know much about all the licenses and other services work out. I am glad that I have contact with one of the accountants and that their service is very flexible and that we can just call them up when ever we need help. Thus, I think this is a very good service.

I enquired on accounting, website designs and telecommunication services.

 

How can we improve to make this service even more useful?

 

I am not too sure what else could be improved, as I was already very satisfied to see that there was such a service at all. I believe that I am still used to my home country in Switzerland, where all these extra services are not or never included. So yes, thank you for your help! it is really a good idea.
