2. For Singapore Branch Offices

 

In the case of foreign corporations intending to register as a Singapore Branch Office, DPCS can assist in the registration process as well as the legal filing requirements. Registration services include advising on the procedure and documentation requirement for registration of such offices, preparing the relevant registration documents and liaising with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) on the application.

 

3. For Singapore Representative Offices

 

For foreign corporations that are exploring the viability of doing business in Singapore and are not ready to commit an investment as yet, DPCS can assist them to register a Representative Office (RO) by advising on the procedure and documentation requirement for registration of a RO with International Enterprise Singapore (IE), submitting the prescribed documents to and liaising with IE with respect to the application. 4. Employment and Dependant's Pass Application

 

Once the business entity has been established, DPCS can help with the employment and dependant's pass application for foreign expatriates and their families.
